Which payment methods do you accept?
Aloma Designs accept Paypal payments only currently. Refunds will be issued to store credit only.
What is your returns policy?
For refund information, email at alomadesigns@hotmail.com with your order number and the applicable action will take place, returns are issued with store credit only.
We will gladly accept a return of full price, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged garments from UK customers only due to international customs rates.
All exchanges are issued up to 7 days of the specified arrival date, given the item is in unworn with tags condition. Any returns attempted outside this 7 day period will be denied. Store Credit can only be used on our website www.alomadesigns.com and will be issued as a voucher code upon return of your item/s.
Where is my parcel?
Once your order has been packed and processed from the ALOMA Studios, you should receive an email with the postage confirmation and tracking number. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of your purchase please contact us at alomadesigns@outlook.com.
All parcels are posted with tracking information.
